Arts Business Institute Workshops
Many artists struggle with the day-to-day tasks involved in running a business. Unless you have a business background, you may not know how to be profitable, or even how to get started. Founded by Wendy Rosen in 1994, The Arts Business Institute is a non-profit organization created to serve a crucial need in the handmade, fine art maker communities – practical business education for creative entrepreneurs.

Tax Credit
Grocery Store Personal Property Tax Credit
Baltimore now offers personal property tax credit to grocery stores locating or making significant renovations within targeted areas in the City. Lack of access to healthy food choices contributes to disparities in life expectancy, which can differ up to 18 years. In addition, quality supermarkets often serve as a catalyst for increased economic development in the community.
