The directive of the Baltimore Main Streets program, which is a program of Baltimore City, is to provide assistance to communities like ours in planning, designing and managing their physical environment, specifically, vacant buildings, streetscapes, public facilities and open spaces. Further, they help identify proven solutions for growth-related issues within the community. As a Main Street organization, Fell’s Point businesses and residents alike gain a powerful resource and advocate.
